Because humans are survival creatures, we dismiss truth of life as being nonsense. Prana is the vital spiritual essence that composes all of creation.  You can breath it in through your breathing tube which goes through the top of your skull, down the spine, and out through the base of your spine.  It actually is breathed upwardly through your base chakra, too.  You can get rid of spent prana, and replenish yourself with fresh prana.  It feels like an inner type of sunshine.  It is very natural. In Beaverton, by seven oaks middle school, there is a little patch of woods behind the baseball fields, where I used to read, hang out, meditate by myself.  One day, I went back there , and I did some stretching exercises, including touching my toes.  I had an extra pair of jeans that I wanted to save,so I stashed them behind a big oak tree that was in the center of this area.      The next day, I came back to my spot, and I found that the jeans had been hung up on a little broken branch on the tree.  "Hmmm......" I thought, "someone has found my spot!" I knew  that it wasn't unusual for teens and hobos to go back there, though, to drink beer, smoke, or to sleep.       When I picked up the jeans , however, a few handfuls of mushrooms fell out of the pant legs. It was kind of weird, but when kids are messing around, that kind of thing can happen.  There were a lot of mushrooms on the forest floor in that spot.     ...

I'm at cape blanco.  I walked through a beautiful field that led to a cliff overlooking the sea.  I asked "shall I take my life?"  And the cliff said " please". No.......I was about to jump, but then I backed away, cuz, shazam! A fella could fall and hurt himself that way. The cliff reminded me of some book, or movie where characters were periodically hurling their bodies over an ocean cliff in England.  I can't remember the story. To spent three nights awake overlooking the ocean would be a good exercise in awareness.  Would I do it?  Hmmmmm.................probably not.  I have to go to the cafe and drink coffee.  Maybe I could take coffee breaks.
