fearless eye

Prana is the vital spiritual essence that composes all of creation.  You can breath it in through your breathing tube which goes through the top of your skull, down the spine, and out through the base of your spine.  It actually is breathed upwardly through your base chakra, too.  You can get rid of spent prana, and replenish yourself with fresh prana.  It feels like an inner type of sunshine.  It is very natural.

A friendly dogs presence itself, is his gift of love.  I'm finding that as I expand my aura of love, that dogs and children are very attracted. They are sensitive to love, and they respond.

Only love is real.  Perhaps everywhere else in the universe, this is known. Other planets, other realities, etc.  with man, love is only a possibility. And he doubts its existence.  It's real, dear brothers, and sisters!

My idea of heaven used to be sitting at the bar in that hotel in seaside overlooking the ocean,  drinking beer, listening to saxophone music, with a pretty girl. WOW! Kenny G!  Not really, ha ha
That was an artistic creation of an idea of happiness that did not last long.  It's the inner feeling of peace, freedom and joy that you are always looking for. Turns out it is not a physical situation at all.  It's wherever, and whenever you are.

I've always been embarrassed by my shortcomings.  That's why I did not want to be in the light, at first.  I thought angels would be calling attention to my faults, like I do.  Stop worrying about your faults, and pay attention to the remarkable being that you already are, is what they really say.

When you achieve enlightenment, you light up the projection screen in the sky above you. It actually is a sphere.  It is not in the earthly sky, but the sky of awareness. It is a backdrop of vision/awareness/light.  All events, towns, cities , and cafes in your life, and even all matter and time is projected into the center.    You can just observe. Be in the world but not of it.  Are you a character in the movie you are watching?

There is the same feeling of unease, or vulnerability whether you sleep in the forest, or in a mansion. Physical material does not solve it ever.  Death is going to happen, regardless.  Master death, and you will always be at peace within your own skin.

That one guy I saw sunbathing on beach in Florence.  That's the way to do it. Flop your belly up on the beach like a walrus, and let nature take care of you, and heal you, and love you.

Become so one with nature
They mistake you for a river stone
Become a seagull perched on your own head
Maybe then they'll leave you alone

I'm pleasantly lost in life

This whole lake park is empty! Where are all the people? It looks like the beginning of a sci-fi movie.  And here is a smoking fire pit! I guess this is where the aliens cooked and ate all the people.

Love yourself.  It is the most important spiritual accomplishment. THEN, you can love everybody, and everything, because it all IS YOURSELF

Science confuses the nature of reality more than it elucidates it.  We don't really need it

When I had my first enlightenment experience, I turned my bible to the verse where it said if thy eye be single, your whole body is filled with light.  You only see reality truly with a fearless eye.
